Finished decorative acrylic coating for use on exterior facades but also interior surfaces. This product forms a stable structure, resistant to atmospheric conditions such as sunlight and mold formation because it allows vapor permeability. It is a simple product to apply, with very good extension and adhesion. SUPPORT PREPARATION The support where GRATEX SILICONE will be applied must be previously cleaned of dust as well as residues of oil, wax and adhesives. The cleaning of the above is done manually. The supports must be flat and mechanically stable. Before applying this product, the support should be flattened and leveled with Ecoliner or Bondex and then painted with Astar Grafiato. PRODUCT APPLICATION PRODUCT The product is mixed until a homogeneous and easily applicable mass is formed. Mixing can be done with a slow-moving electric mixer. Care should be taken that the mixture is completely free of residues of various pigments to avoid any change in the product formed. The application of the product is done manually through a malle and is worked in horizontal, vertical or circular direction depending on the aesthetic effect you want to achieve. Ready to apply in paste form, white or colored. Available in various granulometries.
Decorative coatings for the use of exterior facades. It is an environmentally friendly product tested manufactured on the basis of HTT technology that enables wall ventilation and prevention of mold. FIELD OF APPLICATION Marble, stone tiles, mosaics, tiles with high density in cement-based substrates, for floors and walls, in outdoor and indoor environments that have a high presence of moisture. I am suitable for facades, terraces, for the environment with resistance heating, for environments that are part of vibrations, continuous presses, under the colors of the tiles on the tiles (in this case the tiles should not be possible and immovable) , for industrial environments, for valuable and unstable supports (this is a result of high elasticity and deformability). HOW TO PREPARE THE MIXTURE Mix 6-7 liters of clean water with 25 kg of ADESIFLEX, to produce a better energy-forming device a homogeneous and grain-free mass. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then stir forward before use. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours at normal temperature conditions (20 ° C). have reached maturity time in advance. Approximately traditional cement-based floors with normal curing time should have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases should dry for at least 14 days. The misalignments do or their quarters need to be adjusted in advance. All types and supports must be pre-cleaned to apply the products mechanically. Before applying the product, the support surface must be wetted in order for the product to create a better adhesion with it. PDF: ADESIFLEX
DESCRIPTION Adhesive for tiles A + B, against moisture. Component A based on cement (C), component B acrylic resin. Has very high flexibility (S2), improved adhesive strength (2), slip resistant (T) and working time long (E). Applied for layers up to 15 mm thick. Classified as C2TES2 adhesive according to EN 12004 standard. Specifications: A + B adhesive, composed of high quality marble sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special modified additives. Very high technology in granulometric distribution and special components give this product excellent characteristics in flexibility and workability, which makes this adhesive ideal for gluing marble tiles, natural stone, granite, mosaics, etc. (5 - 200 cm). APPLICATION Suitable for gluing marble tiles, stone tiles, mosaics, glass bricks, tiles with high density in cement-based substrates, for floors and walls, in outdoor and indoor environments where there is a high presence of moisture. Recommended for facades, terraces, for environments with central heating, for environments that are part of vibrations, constant pressures, also for gluing tile on tile (in this case the tiles must be stable and immovable), industrial, for corrugated and unstable supports (due to high elasticity). MIXING PREPARATION Mix component B 6.75 kg with component A 25 kg ADESIFLEX, mix the mass created with an electric mixer until a mass is formed homogeneous and grain-free. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then stir again before use. SUBSTRATE PREPARATION Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, free of oil and not dirty and without paint residues and must have reached the maturity time in advance. Approximately traditional cement-based floors with normal hardening time should have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases should dry for at least 14 days. Large unevenness or large cracks should be fixed in advance. All types of supports must be cleaned beforehand before applying the product mechanically. APPLICATION Initially it is recommended to lay the product with the right part of the goods to have a more even distribution and then with the serrated part. The application is done with a suitable screed depending on the type of tile being laid. Laying the tiles is done by applying a little pressure on the tile making sure that the tile is covered all over the surface with cough. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35 minutes at a temperature of 23 ° C. Atmospheric conditions can affect the drying time of the product. Care should be taken that the cough should not form a film surface. On the contrary then it is necessary to pass and once malla over cough. It is not advisable to place the tiles with kissed joints. The tiles are placed in such a way as to be appropriate to their dimensions. A distance of 5 mm should be left on the joint surfaces with the vertical walls. Description GRAFIATO SILIKONI is a superior quality silicone acrylic finishing plaster, with hydrophobic capillary effect, highly weather-resistant and water-repellent with great water vapor permeability. So, it prevents microbial growth. It provides resistance to ultraviolet light (UV), heat and oxidative degeneration. It has excellent adhesion, durability and flexibility. It is resistant to sunlight, the formation of mold, algae and fungi. Application Field Grafiato Silikoni is used externally as a render (top coat) in the place of traditional marble based renders, and internally as a decorative coat. It is applied on walls and ceilings, made from various construction materials such as plaster and concrete, drywall, cement boards etc. It is ideal as a topcoat for external insulation systems for buildings. Application Before use, mix the product well with a low rpm mixer. Confirm the quality of the substrate’s flat surface, correct if necessary, and apply the material with a smooth stainless steel or plastic trowel. Following, ‘even’ out the material to the maximum grain thickness by ‘pressing’, with round, circular motions using a plastic float for renders, depending on the desired aesthetic effect. The working time to smooth the material depends on the absorbency of the substrate and the ambient temperature, after the material sets and before it completely dries, between 10 to 20 minutes.
