Description

DESCRIPTION

Adhesive for tiles A + B, against moisture. Component A based on cement (C), component B acrylic resin. Has very high flexibility (S2), improved adhesive strength (2), slip resistant (T) and working time long (E). Applied for layers up to 15 mm thick. Classified as C2TES2 adhesive according to EN 12004 standard. Specifications: A + B adhesive, composed of high quality marble sand with selected granulometry, synthetic resins and special modified additives. Very high technology in granulometric distribution and special components give this product excellent characteristics in flexibility and workability, which makes this adhesive ideal for gluing marble tiles, natural stone, granite, mosaics, etc. (5 – 200 cm).

APPLICATION

Suitable for gluing marble tiles, stone tiles, mosaics, glass bricks, tiles with high density in cement-based substrates, for floors and walls, in outdoor and indoor environments where there is a high presence of moisture. Recommended for facades, terraces, for environments with central heating, for environments that are part of vibrations, constant pressures, also for gluing tile on tile (in this case the tiles must be stable and immovable), industrial, for corrugated and unstable supports (due to high elasticity).

MIXING PREPARATION

Mix component B 6.75 kg with component A 25 kg ADESIFLEX, mix the mass created with an electric mixer until a mass is formed homogeneous and grain-free. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then stir again before use.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, free of oil and not dirty and without paint residues and must have reached the maturity time in advance. Approximately traditional cement-based floors with normal hardening time should have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases should dry for at least 14 days. Large unevenness or large cracks should be fixed in advance. All types of supports must be cleaned beforehand before applying the product mechanically.

APPLICATION

Initially it is recommended to lay the product with the right part of the goods to have a more even distribution and then with the serrated part. The application is done with a suitable screed depending on the type of tile being laid. Laying the tiles is done by applying a little pressure on the tile making sure that the tile is covered all over the surface with cough. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35 minutes at a temperature of 23 ° C. Atmospheric conditions can affect the drying time of the product. Care should be taken that the cough should not form a film surface. On the contrary then it is necessary to pass and once malla over cough. It is not advisable to place the tiles with kissed joints. The tiles are placed in such a way as to be appropriate to their dimensions. A distance of 5 mm should be left on the joint surfaces with the vertical walls.
