Tile adhesive, cement-based product with improved adhesive strength, composed of high quality carbonate and marble sands and with specific additives.Classified as C2E adhesive according to EN 12004 standard. It is characterized by an excellent workability, high resistance to humidity and frost. It is applied for layers with a thickness up to 6 mm.

Suitable for the adhesion of ceramic tiles in cement-based supports, gresporcelain, clinker, stone tiles and mosaic tiles with low absorption. For the adhesion on the supports like: balconies, terraces, bathrooms, for external and internal floors and walls in humidity presence. Suitable to be used for commercial and industrial environments, schools and hospitals. Recommended for high facades up to 10 m, also suitable for adhesion of tile on tile (in this case tiles should be fixed and stable). Also it is suitable for adhesion of tiles with medium and large dimensions.

Mix 25 kg ECO+ with 6.5-7 liters of clean water through an electric mixer, until is achieved a homogenous mass and without grains. Leave the mass at rest for 10 minutes and mix it again before usage. Workability time, in normal temperature conditions (20°C) is 2-3 hours.

Cement based supports should be regular, resistant and stable, cleaned, without oils, and without paint residues, and must have reached the time of maturity. Approximately, the traditional cement-based floors with normal induration time should have maturation time at least 28 days; supports with traditional plaster should dry for at least 14 days. Disparities or cracks should be adjusted in advance. All types of the supports must be cleaned before the application of the product, mechanically. Before applying the product, the surface of the substrate must be wet in order to create a better adhesion with it.

Initially, it is recommended to apply the product with the smooth part of the screed to have a more uniform distribution and then with the serrated part. For the application it is used a suitable screed depending on the type of the tile that the product is applied. Tiles are placed by using a slight pressure on tile in order to make sure that the surface of the tile is covered with adhesive. Opening time of the product under normal temperatures is 35 minutes for 23°C. Weather conditions may affect the
drying time of the product. Take care because the adhesive should not create a surface of film. Otherwise it is necessary to pass once again the screed into the adhesive. It is not advisable to lay the tiles with the joint grouts. Tiles are placed in such a way as to be suited to their dimensions. In joining surfaces of the vertical walls should be left a distance of 5 mm.
