High quality cement based tile adhesive, deformable, highly resilient, consisting of high quality carbonate sand and marble, synthetic resins and specific additives, with improved adhesive strength, slip resistant and long work life. It is characterized by excellent workability, high resistance to moisture and a durable hardness. Applies to layers up to 15 mm thick. Classified as C2TES1 adhesive according to EN 12004.

suitable for adhesion of ceramic tiles to cement-based support, grit-porcelain, clinker, marble, stone tile, mosaic, low-absorbency tile, specialty tile high, for floors and walls, indoors and outdoors where there is a high moisture content. Recommended for high facades, terraces, central heating environments, environments that are part of vibrations, continuous pressing, as well as tile adhesion (in this case the tiles must be durable and non-slip). Ideal for swimming pools, for industrial environments, for undulating and unstable supports (due to their high elasticity and deformability). Suitable for gluing tiles with dimensions of 5-300 cm.

Mix 7-8 liters of clean water with 25 kg of Strongkoll, mix the mass created with an electric mixer until a homogeneous mass and without grain. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then mix again before use. The shelf life of the mix is 2-3 hours under normal temperature conditions (20 ° C). have reached maturity in advance. Approximately traditional cement-based floors with normal hardening time should have a shelf life of at least 28 days, and traditional plaster plates should dry for at least 14 days. Large bumps or cracks should be adjusted in advance. All types of supports should be mechanically cleaned before applying the product. Before applying the product, the surface of the support should be moistened in order for the product to adhere better to it.

Initially the product is recommended to be coated with the right part of the product to have a uniform distribution and then with the toothed part. The application is made with a suitable screed depending on the type of tile being laid. Tile laying is done by exerting a slight pressure on the tile making sure the tile is covered throughout the cough surface. The opening time of the product under normal atmospheric conditions is 35 minutes for temperatures of 23 ° C. Atmospheric conditions can affect the drying time of the product. Care should be taken that the glue does not form a film surface. Otherwise it is necessary to pass the cough goods once again. It is not advisable to place the tiles with kissing joints. The tiles are arranged in such a way as to fit their dimensions. Surface jointing with vertical walls should leave a distance of 5 mm.

Tile joints can be closed after about 4 hours. Elastic joints should be sealed with silicon. The paved floors are breakable after 4 hours. Complete drying is achieved after 24 hours.
